On January 22, 2025, the Language Institute of Chiang Mai University (LICMU) hosted a workshop on “Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) for Government Agencies” at the Wintree City Resort Hotel, Chiang Mai. The workshop welcomed 39 LICMU staff members as participants.
The program aimed to enhance the knowledge, understanding, and awareness of integrity and transparency principles among LICMU staff to improve operational efficiency and achieve higher OIT evaluation scores in 2025.
This workshop was conducted in collaboration with the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration at Chiang Mai University. Expert speakers delivered insights on topics such as “Overview of Integrity and Transparency Assessment” and “Public Disclosure Practices at Chiang Mai University (CMU OIT).” The program also included interactive sessions to foster a deeper understanding of the public data disclosure process.
The post-training evaluation revealed significant improvements in participants’ understanding of ITA principles, with the overall satisfaction score averaging 4.69. Attendees also gained practical tools and methodologies applicable to their departments, ensuring effective implementation of the knowledge acquired.
