LICMU reconnected with its partners of strategic importance in Singapore during June 2nd – 6th, 2024.
During this visit, representatives from Chiang Mai University Language Institute met with staff and faculty of National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University Singapore, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and Tourism Authority of Thailand to strengthen cooperation in the future.
Discussions focused on identifying new areas of reciprocal undergraduate student mobility between Singapore and Thailand under thematic areas of sustainability as well as delivery of in-country workshops and seminars for the promotion of Thai language and culture.
It was great meeting longtime friends and connecting with our colleagues after a long hiatus and looking forward to keeping the momentum going.
