On 28th October 2025, the Language Institute Chiang Mai University (LICMU) organized the Teacher Development Workshop on “Quality in Action: Enhancing Teaching, Assessment, and Well-being” at Kantary Hills Hotel, Chiang Mai.
The workshop was led by Ms. Heather Thomas, Director of Global Education at the University of Wollongong, Australia.
The session focused on improving teaching quality and assessment through practical and reflective activities. The main topics included Foundations of Quality, Quality in Teaching and Learning, Quality in Assessment, and Quality in the Age of AI. Participants also developed their own Personal Action Plans for ongoing professional growth.
